The Beauford

Traditionally vintage wedding cars are given a pet name, and our car is no exception, she is affectionately known as “SOX”.

Our Beauford is meticulously maintained and has undergone a recent refurbishment, work included an overhaul of the convertible roof, new Wilton carpets throughout and paintwork correction. Along with this it is regularly serviced to ensure it is kept in superb running condition. It is waxed and polished after every outing so you can be rest assured “SOX” will be presented in immaculate condition for a 40 year old car.

This classic car has a front passenger seat on runners, so can easily be pushed forward providing ample space for the brides entry and exit of the car. The passenger seat can be removed by prior arrangement, providing ample space for the fullest of bridal gowns.

On your big day “SOX” will be presented and dressed with your colour choice of ribbon and bows and will have a silk ivory coloured flower display on the rear parcel shelf.

The Beauford has a hood which can be put up or down providing fantastic photo opportunities and also has side windows which can be removed, offering the brides hairdo complete protection whilst still giving the open air feel of a convertible. The choice is yours!

“SOX” is equipped with white umbrellas for the bride should weather dictate the need for them.

Due to the age of “SOX” rear seatbelts are not fitted and are not required by law. This means that your dress will not have to withstand the constraints of a seatbelt and will help to minimise any creasing, please note however that to comply with seatbelt regulations we are unable to transport passengers under the age of three.

Your smartly dressed chauffeur will arrive at The Brides house in plenty of time so that the vehicle will be ready to leave when you are.

If you are taking advantage of our bridesmaid’s trip, this is only available if the brides address is local to the ceremony as we cannot afford to make additional trips that may cause the bride to be late! The Beauford can seat three bridesmaids.

Once the bridesmaids are driven to the ceremony the driver will return to collect The Bride.

Then The Bride and their escort will then be chauffeured to the ceremony.
